Carolyn grew up here on the Eastern side of the state on the family farm where hard work is the norm. As a diligent,hardworking individual, she became a teacher and was promoted to the positions of principal and school superintendent in her professional work. Most of her teaching and leadership roles were performed on the Western side of the state.Then Carolyn returned to the warmth and friendliness found in the Tri Cities area. The culture here is "grounded" in looking out for one another and being good neighbors. And likewise, Carolyn is "grounded" to serve you ethically and skillfully....and she has some wonderful pieces of "ground" (properties) for you to see.

After a brief retirement as a public school administrator, Carolyn was poised to utilize her skills in a new, worthwhile way. She obtained a Washington State Real Estate Broker's License and is now starting her 6th year as an active real estate broker. Proudly, she represents the distinguished and long-established Distinctive Properties Real Estate Agency.
