- Explain standard real estate forms.
- Give advice regarding price and terms, prepare a CMA.
- Make offer and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Furnish copies of documents affecting property (CC&R's, easements, and assumed encumbrances) to you.
- Negotiate on your behalf.
- Refer you to other professionals (contractors, home inspectors, etc).
- Present your offer to seller.
- Promote your best interest at all times.
- Monitor and facilitate "The Financing and Closing Process".
- Explain the closing procedure.
- Maintain confidentiality.
