  • Explain standard real estate forms.
  • Give advice regarding price and terms, prepare a CMA.
  • Make offer and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Furnish copies of documents affecting property (CC&R's, easements, and assumed encumbrances) to you.
  • Negotiate on your behalf.
  • Refer you to other professionals (contractors, home inspectors, etc).
  • Present your offer to seller.
  • Promote your best interest at all times.
  • Monitor and facilitate "The Financing and Closing Process".
  • Explain the closing procedure.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
